This Monday (4/12/17) marked the annual Christingle Service at St Swithins Church, and a large amount of our parents and their children braved the cold to come out to celebrate with us. The children had made Christingles at school, and got a chance to light their candles (or break their glow sticks!) as we sung hymns, and celebrated the meaning of Christingle during the service.
The evening concluded with the Christmas Light switch on in the village, where again some of our children helped out by singing some carols and hymns around the Christmas tree!
A huge thank you once again to all of those that attended the event; thank you for the support!
