Our school uniform is made up of the following:

  • Grey/black shorts or trousers and white/red shirt
  • Red and white gingham dress or playsuits
  • Grey knee-length skirt or pinafore and white blouse/shirt
  • Plain black, grey or red tights or socks
  • Red cardigan or sweatshirt
  • Plain black shoes or trainers

No jewellery should be worn with the exception of a watch. One small stud in each ear is permitted but no other earrings that may get caught and cause injury. Other piercings should not be worn in school for Health and Safety reasons. 

Long hair should not be loose due to Health and Safety reasons. Sensible hair bands, bobbles and accessories, which will not cause distraction, are permitted.

Make-up should not be worn. Children will be asked to remove make-up and parents will be informed. Pupils identified with nail varnish, or any other substance used to colour nails, will be asked to remove this. The wearing of acrylic/gel nails is not permitted at school on Health and Safety grounds. 

For PE, children are asked to wear plain black shorts or leggings and a plain white T-shirt. For indoor PE children are usually barefoot but trainers are required for outdoor activities on the playground or field. Plain black hoodies may be worn in cold weather. During PE lessons for Health and Safety reasons, stud earrings that cannot be taken out must be covered by tape or plasters. 

For Forest Schools, children need to bring their Forest Schools kit and wellies. They will need a warm pair of trousers/joggers, a long-sleeved top and a waterproof jacket and trousers depending on the weather.
